Commercial Shoots Part 1. Hotels.

We have had a couple of commercial shoots in January, the first for the gorgeous Savill Court Hotel, photographing their hotel rooms & conference suites for the marketing department. We shoot a lot of events and weddings there and didn’t realise just how big the venue is and how they can accommodate for such a wide variety of events and uses! In the middle of the hotel they have a grand room which they can open up completely, bring the ceiling down from the first floor above to open up into a huge theatre style arena!

Commercial Photography part 2. Football.

In January we also photographed sports equipment for  the Diamond Football Company, one of the largest providers of football equipment to the pro club’s in the country, for their new brochure & website. We shot them on a green screen so they can be easily cut & pasted by the design company and used on a wider variety of layouts. I didn’t realise there were quite so many different products when it came to football and Will was in his element with all the different accessories! Like a kid in a sweet shop….

January-Having fun and learning!

Hi all! So where did January go?!

For us it was spent catching up on all the things we didn’t get done before Christmas, getting ready for all the lovely Wedding Fairs and also shooting a handful of jobs. I also had the pleasure of attending a couple of seminars to get my creativity kick started and to get new ideas for the upcoming wedding season. The first was a business seminar with the fantastic Adam Alex and Nick Ghionis, (brother of the fantastic Jerry Ghionis who’s seminar’s Will and I have been lucky enough to attend in the past). The last was an ‘Urban Safari’ hands on shoot with the lovely John Denton, late afternoon and evening shooting in both the bright lights and back streets of Soho & surrounding areas. Here’s a few of the images..

2012 is GO!

It’s a new year folks and Hayley Bray Photography has hit the ground running with a busy few days shooting and organising for the year ahead. It was a pleasure to be asked by our friends at Savill Court Hotel & Spa to photograph some of their many facilities for thier new brochure. Bookings for 2012 weddings are coming in thick and fast so if you would like Hayley and Will to capture your big day, you had better get in quick! Please call for info on available dates to avoid disapointment.

We all need a bit of good cheer at this time of year so it was great to be at Sandown Park for their comedy evening on Saturday. After a day of racing a packed theatre was treated to three very entertaining stand ups, Sean Meo, Paul Tonkinson and  Steve Hughes. Brilliant.
